Kaitlin “Katie” Dougherty is an experienced education professional with a background in student support, curriculum development, academic leadership, and career-focused education. She currently serves as President of Union Centre Institute, where she works closely with students, instructors, and educational partners to support academic achievement, professional development, and career readiness.
Throughout her career in education, Katie has developed a strong passion for helping students recognize their potential and build the confidence they need to succeed.
